ARM 37.51.1404. YOUTH FOSTER HOMES: TRAINING EXEMPTIONS

(1) An exemption to the required orientation and preservice training must be approved by a department regional administrator. (2) An exemption to the required 15 hours of training for relicensure must be approved by a department regional administrator. (3) Exemptions to any training requirement must be written and a copy maintained in the licensing file.
