ARM 37.57.301. DEFINITIONS

(1) A newborn is an infant under 28 days of life.
(2) "Tests for inborn errors of metabolism" include laboratory tests for phenylketonuria, galactosemia, congenital hypothyroidism and hemoglobinopathies.
