ARM 37.59.110. NUTRITION SERVICES STANDARDS

(1) Local agency staff will provide participants with nutrition services developed and defined in the state plan, including the following: (a) a complete nutrition assessment including hematological and anthropometric measures as indicated; (b) CPA-identified nutrition risk code(s); (c) CPA-assigned food package based on participant age, need, category, and preference; (d) CPA-developed care plan to include documentation of participant goals, frequency of follow up, referrals, and plan for future education needs; (e) breastfeeding education, promotion, and support for participants as appropriate; and (f) at least four nutrition education contacts per annual certification or two education contacts per six-month certification, to be offered approximately every quarter.
