ARM 37.62.142. SUPPORT PAYABLE IN DOLLARS

(1) The child support order is to be paid in U.S. dollars. (2) Gifts, clothing, food, payment of expenses, etc., in lieu of dollars will not be allowed as a credit for payment of a child support obligation except by court or administrative order. (3) Direct payments to the child, the parent or a third party will not be allowed as credit for payment of a child support obligation payable through the clerk of court, the Child Support Services Division or other entity specified in the court or administrative order.
