ARM 37.79.302. COVERAGE LIMITATIONS

(1) There is no lifetime limit on the dollar value of benefits per enrollee. (2) Pre-existing conditions of each enrollee are covered as of the effective date of enrollment if the condition would be otherwise covered. (3) A newborn of an HMK coverage group enrollee shall have all medically necessary benefits covered by the HMK coverage group program for 31 days after the newborn's date of live birth. Coverage for the newborn shall begin the day of live birth, without regard to whether the newborn is hospitalized on the date of coverage.
