ARM 37.79.313. LABORATORY AND RADIOLOGY BENEFITS

(1) Laboratory and radiological benefits include imaging and laboratory services for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes due to accident, illness or medical condition that are not described elsewhere in these rules. (2) X-ray, radium or radioactive isotope therapy are covered.
