ARM 37.79.317. SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER BENEFITS

(1) Inpatient chemical dependency treatment benefits include treatment in an inpatient hospital or residential chemical dependency treatment center.
(2) Benefits for medical detoxification treatment will be paid the same as any illness.
(3) Chemical dependency benefits shall be provided at least to the extent required by state law.
