ARM 37.81.9009. REDETERMINATIONS OF ELIGIBILITY FOR LIS

(1) When an individual submits an application on a state form and is found eligible for a subsidy, eligibility shall remain in effect for no more than one year. (2) The department will conduct periodic redeterminations of the individual's eligibility in accordance with the requirements for redetermination of Medicaid eligibility prescribed in the department's SSI Medicaid Manual.
