ARM 37.84.109. HELP ACT: HELP PLAN REIMBURSEMENT

(1) Covered services for participants in the HELP Plan, except as otherwise provided in (2), are reimbursed directly by the TPA according to the schedule found at https://medicaidprovider.mt.gov . (2) The following services received by participants enrolled in the HELP Plan are reimbursed directly through the department: (a) FQHC; (b) RHC; (c) dental; (d) eyeglasses; (e) Indian Health Services and tribal health services; (f) diabetes prevention programs; (g) transportation; (h) prescription drugs; (i) home infusion; (j) hearing aids; and (k) audiology. (3) The services specified in (2) are reimbursed at the established Medicaid reimbursement rates for those services.
