ARM 37.84.115. HELP ACT: HELP PLAN GRIEVANCE AND APPEAL PROCESS

(1) An applicant or participant aggrieved by a denial, suspension, or termination of the HELP Program eligibility by the department, or a participant aggrieved by a reduction or denial of benefits by the department, may request a fair hearing in accordance with ARM 37.5.103. (2) The TPA will cooperate with the department in all grievances and appeal processes.
