ARM 37.84.117. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION: DATA REVIEW AND VERIFICATION

(1) The department shall make reasonable efforts to use electronic data to verify if participants are meeting the community engagement requirements or if they are exempt. (2) The department will only ask for documentation or verification from a participant if it cannot verify compliance or exemption using electronic data.
