ARM 37.85.415. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE MEDICAID PAYMENT

(1) Medicaid will pay only for medical expenses: (a) incurred by a person eligible for the Medicaid program; (b) for services provided for and to the extent provided for under the Medicaid program; (c) for which third party payment is not available; (d) not used to meet the incurrment requirement at ARM 37.82.1101 and following rules for persons who are medically needy; (e) which are not the cost sharing provided for in ARM 37.85.204; and (f) to the extent allowed by Medicaid.
