ARM 10.63.103. LEADERSHIP

(1) The program leadership shall effectively implement policies, procedures, and systems that support stable staff and strong personnel, fiscal, and program management so all students, families, and staff have high-quality experiences. (2) Professional development for preschool educators as required by ARM 10.55.714 should be tailored to early childhood development and learning.
