ARM 37.86.3705. CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR YOUTH WITH SERIOUS EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCE, SERVICE COVERAGE

(1) Case management services for youth with serious emotional disturbance include: (a) assessment; (b) case planning; (c) coordination, referral, advocacy, and crisis and sub crisis response; and (d) monitoring and follow-up. (2) Case management services for youth with serious emotional disturbance are provided by a licensed mental health center with a case management endorsement in accordance with these rules and the provisions of Title 50, chapter 5, part 2, MCA, and implementing rules.
