(1) The purpose of ARM Title 37, chapter 87, subchapter 12 is to specify provider participation and program requirements and to define the basis and procedure the department will use to pay for psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) services. (2) Facilities in which these services are available are referred to as providers.
