(1) The individualized treatment plan (ITP) must be developed in accordance with ARM 37.106.1916. (2) The caregiver may select the members of the ITP team. (3) Providers must inform the youth and their caregiver that Medicaid requires coordination of HSS and TFC with comprehensive school and community treatment (CSCT) planning, when applicable.
