ARM 37.87.802. TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR YOUTH WITH SERIOUS EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCE, DEFINITIONS

As used in this chapter, the following terms apply: (1) "Case management services" means case management as defined in ARM 37.86.3301. (2) "Department" means the Department of Public Health and Human Services. (3) "Serious emotional disturbance (SED)" is defined in ARM 37.87.303. (4) "Youth" is defined in ARM 37.87.102. (5) The definitions in ARM 37.86.3301 also apply when not inconsistent with this subchapter.
