ARM 37.88.903. MENTAL HEALTH CENTER SERVICES FOR ADULTS, DEFINED

(1) A mental health center may provide: (a) adult day treatment services; (b) community-based psychiatric rehabilitation and support; (c) respite care; (d) in-training practitioner services; (e) the therapeutic component of crisis intervention services; (f) foster care for mentally ill adults; (g) mental health group home services; and (h) programs of assertive community treatment, as defined at ARM 37.88.901. (2) All mental health center services must be co-occurring capable as defined at ARM 37.88.901.
