ARM 37.95.1002. DAY CARE FACILITIES CARING FOR CHILDREN'S WET OR SOILED CLOTHING

(1) Wet or soiled clothing shall be changed promptly. Parents shall provide additional clothing and it is the responsibility of the parents to care for the clothing. (2) If an older, toilet trained child has an accident causing wet or soiled clothes, the child shall be changed promptly.
