ARM 37.95.126. DAY CARE FACILITIES, SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT

(1) Children shall be afforded a smoke-free environment during all day care hours, whether indoors or outdoors. (2) The registrant or other licensee shall ensure that no smoking occurs within the facility while children are in care.
