ARM 37.95.146. DAY CARE FACILITIES: LICENSE OR REGISTRATION NOT TRANSFERABLE

(1) The registration certificate or license is not transferable to another operator or site. (2) A license or registration is valid only for the person and premises for which it was issued. A license or registration may not be sold, assigned, or transferred. (3) Upon discontinuance of the operation or upon transfer of ownership of the facility, the license or registration certificate must be physically returned to the department within ten working days.
