ARM 37.95.155. DAY CARE FACILITIES: RECORDS

(1) The provider shall maintain all policies, records, and reports that are required by the department. These policies must be reviewed and updated annually by the facility. (2) The department must be given access to all records and an opportunity to copy the records whenever children are in care.
