ARM 37.95.175. DAY CARE FACILITIES: REAPPLICATION AFTER SUSPENSION OF REVOCATION

(1) However, an applicant who has had a previous day care application denied or who has had a day care license or registration certificate revoked or suspended may not reapply for licensure or registration within one year of the denial or revocation. (2) If the suspension or revocation is contested and upheld after a fair hearing, the reapplication may not be made until one year after the date of the decision of the hearing officer.
