ARM 37.95.640. DAY CARE CENTERS, LICENSING SERVICES PROVIDED

(1) The department will provide the following: (a) assistance to the applicant to meet licensing requirements; (b) referral services concerning child problems; (c) consultation to the day care center in providing enrichment experiences for the children, proper environment and nutrition; and (d) technical assistance to day care centers for staff training. (2) The department or its authorized representative shall make periodic unannounced visits to all licensed day care centers to ensure continued compliance with licensing requirements.
