ARM 37.96.311. STAFF RECORDS

(1) If a licensed or registered child care provider employs staff, the provider must maintain the following records for each staff member: (a) contact information; and (b) acknowledgment of, and agreement to follow, program policies for: (i) identifying and preventing shaken baby syndrome and abusive head trauma; (ii) mandatory reporting; and (iii) safe sleep, if the program provides care for children under two years old.
