ARM 37.97.179. YOUTH CARE FACILITY (YCF): POTENTIAL WEAPONS

(1) A YCF shall have and follow written policy and procedures on management of weapons and potential weapons. (2) Firearms must not be allowed on the YCF's property. (3) Firearms must not be in the presence of youth with the exception of law enforcement at any time on or off the YCF's property. (4) Staff shall supervise youth possession and use of knives, hatchets, other edged tools, or any item which may pose a danger to self or others.
