ARM 10.6.110. DISCOVERY METHODS

(1) Parties may obtain discovery by one or more of the following methods: (a) depositions upon oral examination or written questions; (b) written questions; (c) production of documents or things, or permission to enter upon land or property; (d) request for admissions. (2) Any evidence to be introduced at the hearing or on file shall be made available for disclosure to all parties at least five days before the hearing.
