ARM 38.2.304. FEES

(1) All application fees or other charges required by law shall be paid to the commission at the time the application is filed with the commission. Tariff fees are due no later than the 15th day of the month following the month of the filing. Fees for the issuance of certificates shall be due upon notice from the commission.
