ARM 38.3.702. BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY INSURANCE

(1) Every class A, class B, class C, and class D intrastate carrier must file with this commission evidence of complying with the minimum insurance requirements of this commission as applicable to bodily injury and property damage liability insurance. (2) For the purposes of this sub-chapter "bodily injury" shall include death.
