ARM 38.5.107. REFERENCE DATA TO BE PROVIDED

(1) If any of the data required by ARM 38.5.106 is submitted by reference, copies of such data shall be provided to the commission within 15 working days from receipt of any written request for such data made by the commission staff or an intervenor.
