ARM 12.11.101. DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply to this subchapter: (1) "No wake" means a speed whereby there is no "white" water in the track or path of the vessel or in created waves immediate to the vessel. (2) "Public lakes and public reservoirs" means lakes and reservoirs that are legally accessible to the public. (3) "Western fishing district" means all waters in the state west of the continental divide. A map of the western fishing district is found in the booklet entitled Montana Fishing Regulations published by the department.
