ARM 42.13.201. LABELING REQUIREMENTS

(1) No licensee shall sell, offer for sale, or deliver any liquor (distilled spirits, wine, or malt beverages) unless the containers thereof are marked, branded, or labeled in conformity with this rule and ARM 42.13.221. (2) Alcohol content by weight must be noted on the labels of all malt beverages sold or manufactured in Montana, except this rule shall not apply to beer that contains not more than 7% alcohol by weight.
