ARM 12.11.6706. REST/ROTATION OF MADISON RIVER COMMERCIAL USE

(1) Fishing outfitters and guides are prohibited from conducting business from June 15 to September 30 as follows: (a) from Lyons Bridge Fishing Access Site to Palisades Day Use Area on Sundays; and (b) from Raynolds Pass Fishing Access Site to Lyons Bridge Fishing Access Site on Saturdays. (2) ARM 12.11.6706 will be implemented as a trial program January 1, 2022, unless adjusted by the work group as prescribed in ARM 12.11.6710. (3) The commission will review ARM 12.11.6706 in 2023 as prescribed by ARM 12.11.6711.
