ARM 12.12.101. GENERAL POLICY

(1) The following regulations shall govern the use of all lands under the control, administration, and jurisdiction of the Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks. (2) Regulations governing each specific area will be posted by the department on site and available on the FWP website and at FWP regional offices. (3) Lands controlled or administered by the department may be used for recreation or other purposes as set forth in these or other applicable rules or as otherwise provided by law.
