ARM 42.22.1311. INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT TREND FACTORS

(1) The trend factors will be used to value industrial machinery and equipment for ad valorem tax purposes pursuant to ARM 42.22.1306 . The department uses annual cost indexes from Marshall Valuation Service. The current index is divided by the annual index for each year to arrive at a trending factor. Each major industry has its own trend table. Where no index existed in the Marshall Valuation Service for a particular industry, that industry was grouped with other industries using similar equipment.
