ARM 12.14.105. APPLICABILITY OF COMMERCIAL USE RULES

(1) The following rules shall govern commercial use, as defined in ARM 12.14.101, that occurs on department land and restricted waterbodies. (2) The department may apply these rules to leased lands and easements when specific terms, conditions, contracts, or agreements authorize the department to manage use of these lands. (3) Noncompliance with the commercial use rules constitutes a violation of commission and board rules and regulations and as such may be punishable by citation and suspension or revocation of commercial use privileges at department sites.
