(1) There shall be no limit on the number of fishing access site permits issued. (2) The regional park manager, in consultation with the regional supervisor, may deny, suspend, or revoke a fishing access site permit for failure to comply with the terms of the permit, violating commission rules and regulations, or other infractions identified by the department. If a nonrestricted water body is reclassified as a restricted water body, a fishing access site permit is no longer valid at the sites that provide access to the restricted water body. The fishing access site permit holder may apply for a restricted use permit to use these sites.
