ARM 42.31.326. APPLICABILITY OF TOBACCO PRODUCT LICENSES; PREMISES REQUIREMENTS

(1) A tobacco product retailer license shall only be applicable to the premises to which the license was issued and the license must reference the street address of the premises. (2) The tobacco product must be for sale to the general public in accordance with Title 16, chapters 10 and 11, MCA.
