37.107.120 MARIJUANA EMPLOYEE PERMIT (1) A marijuana employee permit is required for any employee of a licensee prior to working. (2) The marijuana employee permit must always be carried when performing work on behalf of a licensee in a clearly visible manner on the outermost layer of clothing.
