ARM 44.3.2502. FACSIMILE MACHINE ACCESS

(1) A county election administrator desiring to offer this service, must use a facsimile machine that is secure from unauthorized access. Access to the facsimile machine must be limited by the following means: (a) it is physically located in the office of the election administrator; or (b) it has the technological ability to store the ballots that are faxed and that ballots stored in such manner can only be accessed by the election administrator or specially appointed deputies.
