ARM 44.3.2505. RECEIVING BALLOTS

(1) The election administrator shall receive all facsimile ballots. As the ballots are printed out by the machine, they shall be checked by the election administrator to ensure that: (a) they are readable in that the transmission has not made it impossible for the election judges to determine the elector's intentions; and (b) the elector has signed an affirmation.
