ARM 4.10.1201. GENERAL

(1) The department establishes rules regarding the registration and restricted use of 1080 livestock protection collars to control coyotes (Canis latrans) that depredate sheep and goats. (2) Registrants of the collar, dealers selling the collar, and applicators using the collar are subject to future labeling restrictions and requirements designated by the department.
