ARM 4.10.1402. REGISTRATION

(1) Registration of the cyanide capsules for sale or distribution in the state shall be limited to federal registrants of the cyanide capsules. (2) Cyanide capsules shall not be sold, transferred, transported, given, or entrusted to the care of any person who is not authorized, properly licensed or permitted, who is not under the supervision, control of, or monitored by the registrant and the department.
