ARM 4.17.108. CERTIFICATION OF EXEMPT AND EXCLUDED OPERATIONS

(1) The department may certify operations that are exempted or excluded from certification pursuant to 7 CFR 205.101. Such certification is voluntary. (2) Application procedures, fees, and certification standards will be as provided for nonexempt and nonexcluded operations.
