ARM 6.6.1020. PROHIBITIONS

(1) The sale of funeral insurance may not be conditioned on: (a) the applicant or insured agreeing to assign the funeral insurance proceeds to a funeral director, mortician, mortuary, or undertaker; or (b) the applicant or insured making or entering a preneed funeral arrangement. (2) Prohibited inducements under 33-18-208, MCA, include, but are not limited to, discounts from the price of funeral goods and services.
