ARM 6.6.1913. LEAD CARRIER CONTRACT

(1) The board may, with the approval of the commissioner, choose to amend the existing lead carrier contract to include the provision of administrative services for the MACP. Payment for those administrative services may not exceed any cap on administrative fees imposed by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
