ARM 6.6.207. FAILURE TO COMPLY

Failure of an insurer to pro-vide or deliver a buyer's guide or a policy summary as provided in 6.6.206 shall constitute an omission which misrepresents the benefits, advantages, conditions or terms of an insurance policy.
