ARM 12.6.1121. FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

(1) Before a falconry permit is issued, the applicant's raptor housing facilities and falconry equipment shall be inspected and certified by a representative of the department or by a department designated master falconer as meeting the requirements of ARM 12.6.1122 and 12.6.1106.
