ARM 12.6.1125. TEMPORARY HOLDING OF RAPTORS

(1) A legally possessed raptor may be temporarily held by another person authorized to possess raptors if a form 3-186A and a dated and signed statement authorizing temporary possession accompany the raptor. (2) A raptor may be transported or held in temporary facilities which shall be provided with an adequate perch and protected from extreme temperatures and excessive disturbance, for a period not to exceed 30 days.
