ARM 6.6.4301. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this subchapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) "Electronic filing" means submission to the department of appointment and termination requests by an insurer by means of telephonic transmission or magnetic media approved by the commissioner. (2) "Non-electronic filing" means submission to the department of appointment and termination requests by means of paper forms approved by the commissioner.
